**Gabriel Akagawa** presented the first public presentation of the “We Are Iron” Iron casting fundamentals and Foundry Tree lecture.
It was primarily attended by a group of students from **MIAD** led by **Jason Y**i.

“I thought the Foundry Tree iron casting presentation was great and really well rounded. It showed the sentimentality Gabriel has for iron but it was paired with some valuable technical information about what the public and new casters were about to see and experience. A good balance.
